Yes! Every new user gets a 7-day free trial to fully explore Sandcastles. You can try it risk-free and cancel at any time during the trial to not get charged. If you like the product, you can sign up for one of our subscriptions.

Who is Sandcastles for?

Sandcastles is built for anyone looking to grow faster on social media. Whether you’re just starting out or scaling up, we take the guesswork out of content creation and give you proven viral frameworks that work.

Do I have to connect my social media accounts?

Nope, it’s totally optional. You’ll still get plenty of value without connecting them, but syncing your accounts will help us tailor your insights even better.

How much does Sandcastles cost?

Plans start at $39/month when billed annually on the Pro plan. For a full breakdown, check out our pricing page.

What are the usage limitations on my plan?

Your plan has a quota for two actions: analyzing videos and writing scripts. Depending on which tier you're on, you can analyze between 25-750 videos per month, and write 50-200 scripts per month.

How many creators can I track?

You can track up to 50 creators at one time. We've set this limit based on our experience getting the best signal-to-noise from your feed.

Can I switch between plans?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by heading to Settings and opening the billing portal.

What’s your refund policy?

We give all new users a 7-day free trial where they can explore the full functionality of Sandcastles. As such, we unfortunately do not offer refunds on our subscription plans.

Can I pause my subscription temporarily?

At this time, we don't offer the ability to pause your subscription. If you need to take a break, you can cancel your plan and easily re-subscribe when you're ready.

How do I create an account?

To get started, simply click the "Try it free" button below and sign up with your email or Google/Apple account, as simple as that.

How do I reset my password?

Can't log in? Just click "Forgot password" on the login screen and follow the steps reset it.

Can I change the email address on my account?

This feature isn't available yet.

How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?

While we don't currently support two-factor authentication (2FA), you can use passkeys to add an extra layer of security to your account.
