You get credits to use every month. These credits go towards three actions: analyzing videos, writing scripts, and submitting new channels. Every action costs 1 credit.
It varies by plan. You can track 50 creators on the Pro plan, 100 on Visionary, and up to 1000 on Titan.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.
You can cancel anytime by heading to Settings and opening the billing portal.
We give all new users a 7-day free trial where they can explore the full functionality of Sandcastles. As such, we unfortunately do not offer refunds on our subscription plans.
At this time, we don't offer the ability to pause your subscription. If you need to take a break, you can cancel your plan and easily re-subscribe when you're ready.
